We offer a free initial consultation to address your needs and concerns.
Our orthodontic fee includes all appliances, treatment visits, one set of retainers, and a year of follow-up retainer checks.
If full payment is made at the beginning of treatment, we offer a fee discount. If you have insurance, The fee discount is applied to your portion of the fee only.
We offer in-house interest-free financing with several different payment options to fit your needs.
All in house interest-free payment plans are managed by OrthoBanc, through automatic drafting from your credit card, checking, or savings account.
We also provide a convenient no initial down payment option with lower monthly payments through Care Credit. ( www.carecredit.com ) or through Chase Health (ww.chasehealthadvance.com)
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Insurance

Please bring in your insurance card at your initial visit and we will verify your benefits.

We will file your insurance for you. As a courtesy to you, we will deduct your insurance amount from your balance after an initial down payment.

Professional care is provided to our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially-responsible party is accountable for all charges.
